Among other this service pack contains the following new features:

- ASP.NET Dynamic Data (ASP.NET Data Scaffolding)
- ASP.NET Web Routing Engine
- Support for SQL Server 2008
- ADO.NET Entity Framework and Linq to entities

Final release is planned for this summer and will be released as a free update according to this article.
